Description
Pastry Chef De Partie- 2 roles:
- A Pastry CDP to work at our restaurants within 5 Hertford Street Club in Mayfair
- A Pastry CDP to work in our state of the art production kitchen near Battersea, South London (SW8)
5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

The Experience & Qualifications required :
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background
The responsibilities are:
- To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
- To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
- To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen
Working hours:
- Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
