Pastry Chef De Partie 

We are looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join our talented team. 

This role is based at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped pastry production kitchen, located near Battersea (SW8). 

RB Holdings is a hospitality group dedicated to providing world class quality of service, products and experience to customers and members. Established in 2012 by Robin Birley, the group consists of 5 Hertford Street Club, and Oswald's Club, private members clubs located in the heart of Mayfair. Our other businesses include Birley Bakery & our Chocolate Shop located in Chelsea Green, inspired by the classic concept of boulangerie patisserie.

The Experience & Qualifications required :

  • Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential 

The responsibilities are:

  • To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
  • To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
  • To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen
Working hours:
  • Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week 
  • 5am and 9am shift starts
