5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.

We are currently looking for a Cocktail Waitress/Waiter to join the team in Jimmy’s Bar.

The responsibilities of the Cocktail Waitress/Waiter are:

• Making sure that stations are always fully stocked and clean.

• Senses guest needs and quickly responds to maximum satisfaction (i.e. service coordination and timely execution).

• Understands methods of preparation and preparation of all foods served.

• Confidently recommend wine selection to match menu times and guest preferences.

The Experience & Qualifications required as Cocktail Waitress/Waiter  are:

• Previous experience in a similar position is essential.

• Exceptional customer service experience.

• Professional, calm and discreet personality.

• Wine and cigar knowledge would be advantageous.
