Senior Member Billing Assistant

The working hours:

  • Monday - Friday in our Head Office with one day WFH
  • Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

The responsibilities of our Senior Member Billing Assistant are:

  • Act as the primary contact for all RBH member billing queries across three social clubs, two bakeries across the UK and USA, ensuring a friendly and professional experience for all members.
  • Manage the full billing cycle including invoicing, payment processing, and responding to enquiries with clarity and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving billing-related questions and concerns promptly and empathetically.
  • Maintain accurate billing records and send timely communications such as reminders and payment notifications.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate closely with the membership team to ensure member information is up-to-date and service delivery is seamless.
  • Prepare and share billing reports with relevant stakeholders.

The Experience & Qualifications required of our Senior Member Billing Assistant are:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or billing role
  • Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner 
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
