YOUR ROLE

We are seeking reliable, responsible team players for our Opening and Lunch shifts. You must have the flexibility to work early morning/daytime hours and the ability to work effectively through the lunch rush. This position is crucial for setting the store up for a successful day.

HOURS & AVAILABILITY

• Shifts: Primary shifts are 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 3 PM.

• Requirements: Candidates must be available to work weekends.

OPENING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Preparing fresh vegetables for daily use.

• Baking fresh bread, cookies, and brownies.

• Cooking bacon.

• Stocking the cooler, chip racks, and beverage stations.

• Ensuring the restaurant is clean, sanitized, and ready to open for customers.

CORE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older (required to operate the slicer).

• Punctuality and reliable attendance are absolutely required.

• Energetic, hard-working, and ethical with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

DAILY EXPECTATIONS

• Greet customers, take orders, and operate the point-of-sale system with a positive attitude.

• Work efficiently with the line team to prepare high-quality subs to customer specifications.

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout the day, including clearing tables, sweeping/mopping, and washing dishes/utensils.

• Act as a team leader by holding yourself and others accountable.

• Wear the required uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
