What We’re Looking For
We’re after a confident, energetic and hospitality-driven Bar Supervisor with a sharp eye for detail and a love for creating memorable guest experiences.
You’ll be a key part of our leadership team, supporting day-to-day service, helping shape our drinks menu, and ensuring our high standards are not just met but elevated.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience supervising or leading a bar team in a busy cocktail or wine-led venue
- Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Passion for wine and spirits, with a desire to expand your knowledge
- Strong floor presence and confidence handling guest experience, feedback, and atmosphere management
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach to team training and development
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- A calm and solution-focused mindset under pressure
- A creative edge, especially when contributing to drinks development and promotions
