We are now recruiting for an experienced, organised & enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to manage one of our sites. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in restaurant management ideally within branded chain restaurants, have a real passion for service, be an outstanding man-manager/motivator and have the ability to get the best out of their team.

We currently operate 11 sites across the country, with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK.

Your duties will include:

- Day to day management of the restaurant, deputising for Regional Manager.

-Look to develop your business to maximise sales

- P&L ownership

- Responsible for implementing company policy on site

- Leading shifts from the front

- Ordering stock and stock management

- Rota planning

- Ensuring your team recognise customer focus is the A1 priority & that they deliver outstanding personal service in line with company best practice standards

- To ensure the necessary legislation (Fire, health & safety etc) is adhered to for your site

- Motivating and helping the management team and all team members

- The recruitment, induction & retention of staff

- Dealing with HR and disciplinary issues

- Opens and closes.

- Meeting and greeting customers

- Explaining the menu and offering recommendations

- Being aware of any possible food allergy issues

- Excellent customer service

- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a calm and effective manner

- Serving food

- Helping with general cleaning

 

Key skills required:

-Flexible and open to learning new things

-Good standard of spoken and written English

-Computer literate

-A proven track record of hospitality management

-Hard working & efficient

-Have great interpersonal skills

-Show real passion for the industry & an interest in the cuisine we serve

-The ability to self-manage at busy times & be proactive in approach

-Most importantly, be a happy go-lucky character whose glass is half full!
