We’re opening a brand-new restaurant in Mayfair, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Floor Manager to be part of our leadership team. POSITION SUMMARY

The Floor Manager plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination between front and back-of-house teams, and a memorable dining experience for guests.

This position requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for hospitality. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing service flow, mentoring staff, and driving guest satisfaction while maintaining company standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and inspire the Front of House (FOH) team, providing training, motivation, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
  • Ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH teams.
  • Monitor and improve guest interactions to enhance repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist in tracking sales, labor costs, and performance metrics to support financial goals.
  • Manage staff scheduling and ensure proper coverage for busy periods.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
