We’re opening a brand-new modern fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair and are looking for passionate, service-driven Commis Waiters to join our expanding front-of-house team.

This beautifully designed space will offer a luxurious stylish dining experience, combining exceptional cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.

This new opening is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets. POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a talented and service-driven Barista to join our opening team at 74 Duke. You’ll be working on a La Marzocco espresso machine, crafting exceptional coffee for both takeaway and table service guests throughout the day. You’ll also support the café and floor teams during busy service periods, helping to maintain the warm, polished atmosphere we’re known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based drinks using a La Marzocco machine

• Support both the café counter and restaurant floor by fulfilling drink orders across all dayparts (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

• Greet and serve takeaway guests with warmth and professionalism

• Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, cleanliness, and station organisation

• Dial in and monitor espresso quality throughout service

• Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service for restaurant guests

• Replenish stock and supplies, monitor wastage, and follow all hygiene standards

• Represent the 74 Duke brand with confidence, style, and hospitality

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years barista experience in a specialty café or quality-focused hospitality setting

• Confident using a La Marzocco or similar machine

• Strong sense of timing, efficiency, and consistency in coffee prep

• Presentable, friendly, and customer-focused

• Comfortable supporting a busy all-day restaurant service

• A team player who takes pride in a clean and beautiful working environment

• Enthusiastic about coffee, food, and great service
