As part of this ambitious new venture, we are looking for a talented and driven Junior Sous Chef to support our kitchen leadership and help deliver a world-class dining experience.
This opening marks the latest addition to BVC Hospitality, the group behind a portfolio of globally recognised food concepts including NAC, Le NAC Café, Crème, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Hospitality is known for blending creativity with operational excellence to deliver outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets.
At 74 Duke, you’ll be part of a new flagship concept—working alongside passionate chefs and contributing to a dynamic, high-performing kitchen at the forefront of London’s culinary scene.
POSITION SUMMARY
As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior Sous and Head Chefs in the daily running of the kitchen. You’ll bring a strong foundation of culinary skill, a hands-on work ethic, and a commitment to consistency, quality, and teamwork. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to grow within a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Senior and Head Chefs in leading kitchen service and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
Supervise and assist with prep, service, and mise en place across all kitchen sections
Ensure all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
Help manage junior kitchen staff, offering guidance, feedback, and on-the-job training
Monitor food storage, rotation, and hygiene to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen
Assist in implementing new dishes and seasonal specials with creativity and precision
Help manage inventory, ordering, and minimise food waste
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards
A genuine passion for food, learning, and hospitality excellence
