POSITION SUMMARY

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in supporting your section, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Working under the guidance of senior chefs, you’ll learn and develop while helping maintain the standards and creativity that define our menus.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.

  • Support your section by organising mise en place and maintaining smooth service throughout busy periods.

  • Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.

  • Work collaboratively with chefs across all sections, providing support where needed.

  • Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising waste.

  • Learn from and support senior chefs, developing your skills and culinary knowledge.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service delivery.


KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Culinary Foundation: Some experience as a Commis Chef or Demi CDP in a quality kitchen environment.

  • Passion for Food: A genuine enthusiasm for cooking, learning, and developing new skills.

  • Team Player: Ability to work well under pressure, with a collaborative and positive approach.

  • Organisation & Efficiency: Strong time management to keep your section running smoothly.

  • Commitment to Standards: Dedication to maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards.
