We opened a beautiful restaurant in Mayfair lat year, and due to our continued growth and success we’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team.
Our beautifully designed space offers an exceptional dining experience, combining high-quality cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere from morning to night.
This established location is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, and Supernova. As Chef de Partie in the kitchen, you are responsible for assisting senior chefs with food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are the master of your section. You will work within your team and assist others when and if needed. You will organise your section and apply thought to your orders and mise en place lists. You shall assist in the orders of your section and assist in helping with stock controls. Working under the guidance of Junior Sous and Senior Chefs, this position requires hands-on culinary skills, the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and the desire to continually improve technical kitchen knowledge and skills.
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Work effectively within your designated section, ensuring smooth service and excellent time management.
Maintain impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in all food preparation areas.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in maintaining stock levels, ordering, and minimising waste.
Ensure all dishes are consistently executed in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Assist in the training and mentoring of Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with other kitchen and FOH team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Culinary Passion & Expertise: A strong foundation in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen organisation.
Experience in High-Quality Kitchens: Previous experience as a Senior CDP or CDP in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant.
Team Player & Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work collaboratively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Time Management & Organisation: Efficiently manage your section to ensure smooth and timely service.
