The Head Chef oversees all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu creation to daily service, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency at every level. Lead and manage all kitchen operations, from menu development to execution
Recruit, train, and motivate a talented brigade, building a culture of excellence and collaboration
Uphold uncompromising standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Manage GP, purchasing, and labour targets with a strong commercial mindset
Build and nurture relationships with premium suppliers
Work closely with the Front of House and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
Maintain compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
Drive consistency across all services through clear systems and structured communication
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a quality-driven London restaurant or hotel
Background in high-cover, fast-paced environments with exacting standards
Deep understanding of modern European / brasserie-style cuisine
