The Shift Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and direction
of the store in partnership with the General Manager or the Assistant Manager.
The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the team has a clear
understanding of goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, new directives,
and guest connections during the shift. We are a growing company, which means
future opportunities for our employees who aspire to grow!
Requirements for Shift Managers include:
- Must be at
least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to
pass a background check.
- Ability to work
& learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work
15-40 hours per week.
- Some holidays
& weekends are required.
- Restaurant or
retail supervisory experience is preferred.

ensuring that the team is executing SOP and quality standards correctly
and consistently

in the moment – coaches and gives feedback to Team Members to ensure they
are bringing their best DOING and BEING to their role
- Trains team on
role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotional items
- Performs
administrative tasks with integrity and to completion, including, but not
limited to bank deposits, inventory, store product orders and others as
assigned.
- Actively
develops Team Members and is in conversations about career and
professional growth.
