As a Shift Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in driving daily operations, supporting team members, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

Known for handcrafted smoothies, bowls, and freshly baked pretzels, we're looking for an energetic, dependable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure brand standards are consistently met
• Support smoothie, bowl, beverage, and pretzel production as needed
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and operational procedures
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are maintained
• Monitor inventory, product availability, and store readiness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Foster a positive, productive team environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ year of restaurant, food service, retail, or leadership experience preferred
• Previous supervisor, shift lead, or management experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and mobile devices
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including kitchens, prep areas, coolers, and freezers
• Food Handler Certification (current or obtainable within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• TB clearance required where applicable
