offers a variety of dining experiences—from delightful homemade cakes at The
Orangery to locally-sourced lunches at The Garden Café, The Muddy Mole, and The

all our guests, and we’re looking for a passionate Commis

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Prepare and cook a range of dishes, including cakes, bakes, salads, sandwiches, and afternoon teas✔️ Accurately take and prepare customer orders in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Maintain excellent food safety standards and allergen controls
✔️ Foster a positive and helpful attitude within the team
✔️ Perform daily cleaning duties and manage stock control
✔️ Bring attention to detail in every aspect of food preparation
What We’re Looking For
✅ Previous experience in a kitchen or similar role (commis chef experience is a plus)✅ Passion for food with a desire to learn and develop your culinary skills
✅ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong team player with a positive, proactive attitude
✅ Excellent attention to detail and food safety standards
✅ Flexibility to work some late nights and weekends
