Key responsibilities

• Keep all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment clean and ready for use

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the kitchen and back-of-house

• Support the kitchen team with food prep such as salads, sandwiches, and bakes

• Carry out daily cleaning and support stock control

• Help ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced kitchen

What we’re looking for

• A positive attitude and willingness to support a busy kitchen team

• Strong organisational skills to stay on top of tasks during busy periods

• Awareness of kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures

• An eye for detail and pride in keeping things clean and tidy

• Flexibility to assist with basic food preparation

• A reliable team player who enjoys a dynamic work environment
