About us
At Absolute Taste, we create unforgettable culinary experiences across retail, hospitality, and events. We are excited to be growing our Fixed & Retail division and are now looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Multi-Site Manager to lead the Current Fenwick sites and any future opportunities with Fenwick across the UK. This role is all about consistency, operational excellence, and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding results in partnership with Fenwick.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across Current Fenwick sites and future opportunities with Fenwick
- Lead and support on-site management teams, driving performance and growth
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and customer satisfaction to deliver business objectives
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Build strong relationships with Fenwick representatives to align goals and enhance the customer experience
- Experience managing multiple sites in retail, foodservice, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisation skills, with the ability to develop teams
- Knowledge of retail and foodservice operations, including operations, budgeting, KPIs, and compliance
- Ability to balance multiple priorities across different sites with flexibility and resilience
- Availability to work 45 hours per week, 5 days from 7, based on business needs
- Ability to be in-person at our Fenwick locations with regular travel required
- Desirable: Experience working with high-end retail brands such as Fenwick
