• Greet and serve customers in both the Bistro and Café.
• Prepare and serve drinks, including basic barista duties.
• Run food orders to tables and assist with table service.
• Input orders into the till system and handle payments.
• Serve customers at the counter, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas, including cleaning tables, restocking, and tidying workstations.
• Follow checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Occasionally assist in the staff canteen when needed.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Experience in a café or restaurant environment is preferred, but not essential.
• Barista experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
