About the Role

As Catering Operations Support, you will work closely with the Catering Manager and Co-ordinator, assisting in the smooth delivery of catering and hospitality services for a variety of events. From elegant weddings to corporate gatherings and seasonal celebrations, your work will reflect the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Wedding Catering Support: Assist in delivering catering services for 1–3-day wedding events, ensuring all details are executed to perfection.
• Showcasing Excellence: Participate in open days to showcase our catering options and impress prospective clients.
• Wedding Tastings: Support wedding breakfast tastings, either on-site or at our head office, The Shed, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients.
• Corporate Events: Deliver outstanding hospitality at corporate functions, representing Absolute Taste’s commitment to excellence.
• Event Standards: Uphold and exceed brand standards during charity events, private functions, and bespoke occasions.
• Seasonal & Farmhouse Events: Provide operational support for farmhouse evenings, breakfast events, and summer barbecues, ensuring smooth and professional service.
