About The Role

As a Commis Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team in preparing sandwiches, salads, and pots to the highest Absolute Taste food standards. You’ll also assist with deliveries, food service, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a professional, high-energy setting.

Location: Royal Academy of Music, Marylebone.

Working Hours: 10am - 3:30pm (with 30 min unpaid break, or 10am - 3pm without a break)

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Your Key Responsibilities as a Commis Chef will be:

• Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and pots to high-quality standards
• Assist chefs with daily tasks, including deliveries and food service
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, following food safety standards
• Work efficiently to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Uphold Absolute Taste’s commitment to excellence in food and service

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (preferred)
