Job Purpose:
The F&B Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing the whole F&B Contract for our client. Responsible over-all Commercial and Operational management of the sites from mobilisation to managing the day-to-day food and beverage operation, guiding the team, shaping the business and working with all Stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading the site FOH and BOH team
Prepare the outlet for a successful mobilization / opening and operation
Daily communication with The Client and internal Stakeholders
Implement and monitor the food and beverage plan
Ensure the team is trained and ready to run the operation smoothly
Control inventories across food and beverage
Enforce established processes and procedures within the team
Ensure the site operation is always meeting all food and health and safety standards
Ensure the site operation is compliant with the relevant food and beverage regulatory requirements
Monitor daily the operation to ensure a high-quality product and service are delivered to each and every customer
Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
Take full responsibility for contract P&L
Create regular reports on the outlet’s performance
Work Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role
Mixed experience in high volume quality retail or fixed site catering preferred
Experience of project mobilization process preferred
Experience working within logistically challenging environments preferred
Full P and L responsibility experience essential
Experience of managing large multi-cultural teams essential
Skills Required:
Confident and fluent in English communication, spoken and written
Exceptional financial control and proven delivery of P and L accounts
Ability to illustrate experience of reporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder essential
A true leader with presence and ability to command the team
Proven ability to deliver training and maintain consistent standards at all times
Full understanding of HACCP policy and procedure
Full understanding of Health and Safety policy and procedure
Solid knowledge of diverse food and beverage products essential
A desire to do things differently, to challenge the norm to improve customer experiences
Excellent customer service skills and standards and an eye for detail essential
A strong problem solver with an ability to think on their feet and adapt to new circumstances
Ability to spot opportunities to grow sales and/or become more efficient essential
Experience in adhering to and driving company initiatives
Experience with using F and B Software, excellent communicator with strong computer skills essential
Qualifications:
Diploma, undergraduate or graduate certificate minimum standard
Hospitality, catering and business management quantification preferred
