About the Role
As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, room service, and conference & banqueting. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a team of Associates, and driving revenue while maintaining brand standards.
Key
Responsibilities (Summary)
You will oversee day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring service excellence
across all outlets and consistently high guest satisfaction. The role involves
leading, motivating, and coaching your team, responding proactively to guest
feedback, and resolving issues efficiently. You’ll support financial
performance by managing costs, driving sales, and contributing to budgets and
forecasting. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health & safety
standards, maintain quality and presentation across all services, and assist in
menu development, promotions, and event delivery.
