C&B Supervisor
Are you a friendly, confident and enthusiastic individual seeking a career in hospitality? We have an exciting opportunity in our Conference & Banqueting Supervisor team as a Supervisor. You will be part of the Delta by Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates. You will also have access to our exclusive benefits and training opportunities! This role is paid £12.60 per hour.
Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table that our guests will enjoy until they ask for their bill. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique – with food and drinks on the side. Our C&B Service Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meal. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the C&B Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Main Duties-
Ø Promoting a welcoming environment.
Ø Communicate with guests, other employees and other department to ensure guests need are met
Ø Support the operations and supervise the running of the event
Ø Set up banquet area/room, ensuring cleanliness and proper set up of furniture/equipment
Ø Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating and motivating and coaching employees
What do you need to apply?
You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have at least 1 year of C&B/F&B related work experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent attitude to work and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
