We have an exciting opportunity in our Conferencing & Banqueting team as a C&B Supervisor where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our conferencing and banqueting operations by supporting the smooth running of events at our hotel.

The Role

You will be:   

·       Promoting a welcoming, professional and guest-focused environment  

·       Communicating effectively with our guests, team members and other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently

·       Setting up banqueting and event areas, ensuring cleanliness, correct room layouts and correct setup of furniture and equipment

·       Monitoring service standards throughout events and resolving any issues quickly and professionally

·       Maintaining high standards of health, safety, hygiene and presentation within our event spaces

·       Acting as a point of contact for guests during events, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout

·       Assisting managers with training, scheduling and motivating team members

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for a proactive and innovative person with previous experience within conferencing, banqueting, hospitality or a food and beverage environment and who has a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach. You will also have strong team working skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments to achieve high standards of service.
