We have an exciting opportunity for a Conference and Banqueting Host to join our team where you will help create memorable guest experiences by playing a key role in ensuring conferences and events run seamlessly. 

The Role

You will be:

·       Welcoming guests and clients attending meetings, conferences and events

·       Responding to guest requests and enquiries

·       Setting up conference rooms and banqueting suites to agreed specifications

·       Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of events

·       Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally

·       Ensuring all event areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard

·       Following all health, safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

What do you need to apply?

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and with previous experience in Conference & Banqueting or in a Food & Beverage environment. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of attention to detail. Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns is essential.
