The Role

You will be:

·       Welcoming guests and clients attending meetings, conferences and events

·       Responding to guest requests and enquiries

·       Setting up conference rooms and banqueting suites to agreed specifications

·       Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the successful delivery of events

·       Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally

·       Ensuring all event areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard

·       Following all health, safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment

 What do you need to apply?

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and with previous experience in hospitality. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high level of attention to detail.
