We have an exciting opportunity in our Engineering Team as a Maintenance Technician. You will be part of the Marriott family offering outstanding service to our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Carry out general maintenance around the hotel including plumbing, electrical, painting, mechanical and general hotel repairs

·       Communicate with all departments and managers regarding any maintenance and repair jobs and actions required

·       Prioritise work schedules in relation to customer needs

·       Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment

·       Resolve maintenance issues in a professional and timely manner

·       Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

What do you need to apply?

We look for strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing) and the ability to work alone and within a team environment. You will be innovative, pro-active and reliable. Previous experience working within a hotel would be desirable.
