We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our professional kitchen team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough a busy and vibrant corporate hotel known for delivering high-quality dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, and conference facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard in line with company expectations
• Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in accordance with regulations
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
• Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal offerings

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• A genuine passion for food and high-quality ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP
