We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Finance Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day financial operations. Working 20 hours per week, the successful candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and general financial administration. Process supplier invoices.
Assist in the preparation of customer invoices and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly account reconciliations
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems (physical and/or digital)
Help prepare financial reports and assist with audits
Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial queries
Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring
General administrative support to the finance team
Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role
Familiarity with accounting software
Strong Excel skills and general proficiency in Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
