We are looking for a Guest Experience Expert to be the face of our hotel and deliver outstanding service throughout every stage of the guest journey. From arrival to departure, you will create memorable experiences, anticipate guest needs, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
What you'll do• Welcome guests and process check-ins, including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys
• Process guest payments including room charges, cash, debit, credit cards, and other payment methods
• Manage guest check-outs, resolving any late, disputed, or outstanding charges professionally
• Answer and respond to guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready and available for arriving guests
• Provide guests with directions, hotel information, and recommendations on local attractions and points of interest
• Communicate parking procedures and arrange assistance from bell or valet services when required
• Run daily operational reports, identify special requests, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Complete cashiering duties, balance cash floats, and prepare end-of-shift reports in accordance with accounting procedures
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and associates
• A passionate hospitality professional with a guest-first approach
• A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• An organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• A positive and proactive team player
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front office operations is advantageous
