See where your journey can take you. At Marriott International, we believe in seizing opportunities and making your own adventure. A world of opportunity comes with every guest you meet – and you never know who might arrive next. That big world also extends to our global, diverse family of associates. Like most families, we’re a group of unique individuals who bring different strengths, styles, personalities and interests to the table. And this makes every single day a new discovery. So, we ask, where will your journey take you?
We require a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team and assist with the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel throughout the night. This is a 32-hour-per-week position, working over 4 days. Working during the overnight hours, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to our guests, ensuring their needs are met, while also completing the daily financial and operational checks required to close and balance the hotel's business day.
This is a role for someone who is confident working independently, has excellent attention to detail and can remain calm and professional while managing a variety of guest and operational requirements throughout the night.
What you'll doAs a Night Auditor, you play a vital role in ensuring the hotel continues to run smoothly while the rest of the team and many of our guests are asleep. You are often the first point of contact for guests arriving late and the last point of contact for those departing early, making your service and professionalism an important part of their overall experience.
You will combine excellent guest service with strong financial and administrative skills, ensuring the hotel's accounts are accurate, systems are balanced and the business is ready for the day ahead.
You are someone who takes pride in getting the details right, remaining composed under pressure and going the extra mile to make our guests feel welcome and cared for. When you shine, guests can enjoy a seamless stay, and the morning team can start their day with confidence.
