We are now seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join the Engineering team at the newly refurbished Glasgow Marriott Hotel.
In this key role, you will support the Engineering Manager in leading the hotel’s maintenance operations, ensuring all building systems, guest areas, and back-of-house facilities are safe, fully operational, and maintained to Marriott brand standards at all times.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a central role in the day-to-day running of the hotel’s engineering function. This is a working supervisory position, combining technical maintenance expertise with team leadership to ensure planned and reactive maintenance is delivered efficiently, with minimal disruption to guests.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working a rostered shift pattern including weekends, with participation in an on-call rota (attracting additional incentive pay).
You will supervise and support a small team of maintenance technicians while coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, contractor activity, and statutory compliance requirements across the hotel.
This is a great opportunity to step into a Maintenance Supervisor role within a high-profile, newly refurbished 4-star hotel. You will play a key part in maintaining modern facilities while developing your career within a global hospitality brand.
If you’re an experienced hotel maintenance professional ready to take the next step into a supervisory role, we’d love to hear from you.
