Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:

  • To administer beauty treatments for clients in a professional, friendly manner
  • To greet and converse with clients ensuring they are put at ease
  • To maximise opportunities for retail sales, to contribute to departmental profitability
  • To ensure that the beauty treatments provided meet the needs of the client
  • To be fully conversant with the booking systems, keeping all diaries up to date
  • To maintain cleanliness in the treatment rooms and spa area at all times
  • To participate in demonstrations to increase client awareness and increase departmental profit
  • Other Responsibilities as outlined in Job Description 

Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a Spa Therapist role
  • License or Certification: Level 3 Beauty Therapy Trained
