Description
This role is for a Casual Front Office Associate based at Delta Hotels by Marriott Worsley Park Hotel and Country Club M28 2QT.

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome and deliver a high standard of guest service throughout check-in, stay and check-out.

  • Respond to guest enquiries, anticipate service needs and assist guests with any requests or concerns.

  • Prepare and update letters, documents, spreadsheets, reports and other administrative records.

  • Maintain systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, including distributing correspondence to the appropriate departments.

  • Answer telephone calls professionally and communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and other departments.

  • Build positive working relationships and support the wider team in achieving common goals.

  • Maintain confidentiality of guest, employee and company information and protect company assets.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures and professional appearance standards.

  • Assist guests with disabilities and ensure individual guest needs are appropriately supported.

  • Operate standard office equipment and complete general administrative duties as required.

  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
