Do you have a passion for Human Resources and are ready to take the first step in your HR career? The Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel has an exciting opportunity for a  Human Resources Administrator to join our friendly HR team. 

This role sits within the HR Department, reporting to the on-site HR Manager and will play a key part in supporting the day to day delivery of our HR objectives. With a passion for people and an eye for detail, the successful candidate will be adaptable, highly organised, with the enthusiasm to take ownership of tasks and manage prioritisation of changing needs of the business. 

This is a generalist HR role, you will be playing a key part in our recruitment process, training, payroll, employee wellbeing and everything else HR! The role is 20 hours per week, working days and pattern can be flexible and discussed at interview.
