offers a welcoming retreat just off the M6. With stylish bedrooms, a vibrant
Brew Bar, Cast Iron Grill, and excellent leisure facilities, we pride ourselves
on delivering memorable stays for both business and leisure guests.
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours over 5 days, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
The impact you’ll make:
You’ll be the face of the hotel - the first hello and the final goodbye. From
seamless check-ins to personalised guest interactions, you’ll create standout
experiences that keep guests coming back.
Leading a dynamic Front Office team, you’ll set the tone for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued, recognised, and at home from the moment they arrive.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and inspire the Front Office team across Reception & Nights
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle any issues with confidence
and care
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the
department
• Manage budgets, payroll, and financial performance to meet targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey
• Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve their full potential
• Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, safety, and procedures
