Delta Hotels by Marriott Edinburgh are on the look-out for a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team!

The Role:

Our jobs aren’t just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
  • Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
  • Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
  • Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
  • Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
  • Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
  • Leading and coaching a small team of associates
  • Assisting the Front of House Manager with training, coaching, productivity and any relevant tasks
