Lead by example in delivering outstanding service across all F&B outlets
Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and room service teams
Coach, guide, and mentor team members to achieve service excellence
Allocate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently
Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or concerns professionally
Maintain cleanliness and setup of guest and work areas throughout the shift
Communicate special dietary requirements or allergies to kitchen and team
Process transactions using MICROS or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Conduct supervisor-level responsibilities including shift handovers, daily reports, and cash handling
Collaborate with management to support team training and performance

Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience in a supervisory or senior food & beverage role
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Confidence in managing a team and resolving service challenges
Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality operations
A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
Knowledge of food, beverage, and responsible alcohol service
