• Lead by example in delivering outstanding service across all F&B outlets

• Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, bar, and room service teams

• Coach, guide, and mentor team members to achieve service excellence

• Allocate and oversee daily tasks, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently

• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or concerns professionally

• Maintain cleanliness and setup of guest and work areas throughout the shift

• Communicate special dietary requirements or allergies to kitchen and team

• Process transactions using MICROS or similar systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Conduct supervisor-level responsibilities including shift handovers, daily reports, and cash handling

• Collaborate with management to support team training and performance

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in a supervisory or senior food & beverage role

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

• Confidence in managing a team and resolving service challenges

• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality operations

• A proactive, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality
