• Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and friendly attitude

• Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently

• Communicate any dietary needs, allergies, or preferences to the kitchen

• Maintain clean, organised bar and dining areas throughout your shift

• Process payments using MICROS or similar POS systems

• Uphold food safety and responsible alcohol service standards

• Complete closing duties and assist with restocking

• Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance guest satisfaction

• Take on additional tasks to support smooth daily operations

• Previous experience in bar, restaurant, or customer-facing roles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
