The Glasgow Marriott Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant and bar.

Whether you're an experienced supervisor or ready to take on more responsibility, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and build your career at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel.

Your Development Matters to Us

We don't want this role to be the end of your development — we want it to be a step forward.

Once you're established in the role, you'll have the opportunity to complete Person on Duty (Duty Manager) training, gaining experience across the wider hotel operation. Following successful completion of the training, you'll also have the opportunity to cover Duty Manager shifts, paid at an enhanced hourly rate.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, maintaining high service standards.
  • Leading, motivating and coaching the Food & Beverage team.
  • Training associates and supporting their development.
  • Managing shift briefings, handovers and daily reports.
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintaining hygiene, food safety, health and safety, and brand standards.
  • Supporting wider hotel operations and Person on Duty cover as required.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous supervisory or team-leading experience in hospitality, food and beverage or a similar environment.
  • A passion for guest service and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
  • A proactive attitude and the ambition to develop your career.
  • Flexibility to work shifts in line with operational requirements.

A Personal Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.

What We Offer
  • Enjoy exclusive Marriott associate discounts on hotel stays and participating food and beverage outlets across the world, with Marriott International’s portfolio of over 10,000 properties worldwide.
  • Career development opportunities, including Person on Duty training and enhanced-rate Duty Manager shifts following successful training.
  • Free use of on-site leisure club facilities.
  • Free meals while on shift.
  • Free staff parking.
  • Access to a range of brand discounts and associate benefits.
