About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and service-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office team. This is a key leadership role during overnight operations, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests while supporting the Night Manager and overseeing the night team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Night Manager in overseeing all hotel operations during night shifts.
• Ensure a smooth and secure overnight experience for guests, handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest requests.
• Conduct regular safety and security checks throughout the property.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
• Supervise and support the night team, including front desk and housekeeping.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and service continuity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a front office or night shift role, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
• Knowledge of Opera or similar hotel systems is a plus.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: £30,750.00 per year
