For over 150 years, the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel has been a landmark of luxury in the heart of Bristol, earning an international reputation for exceptional hospitality and timeless elegance. Now, the hotel is entering an exciting new era with a complete refurbishment and transformation into the prestigious Marriott Autograph Collection.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a landmark transition, helping to shape and launch an exciting new product ahead of its grand unveiling in Spring 2027. Combining rich heritage with contemporary luxury, the hotel will join Marriott's distinctive collection of individually characterful hotels, redefining the guest experience for the future.

We have an exciting opportunity in our front office team as a Hotel Receptionist.  Join us and become part of Team Autograph, playing a key role in creating one of Bristol's most exciting hospitality destinations.

Main Duties:

• Promoting a welcoming environment
• Checking guests in and out and assisting with any queries during their stay.
• Answering the telephone and directing accordingly
• Assisting with guest queries regarding places of interest, such as shopping, entertainment, theatres, restaurants etc.
• Ensuring all guest complaints are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but experience within hospitality is preferred.
