The role will provide administrative and coordination support across the Groups and Events function, assisting with group accommodation bookings, meetings, conferences, private events and other functions held within the hotel.
You will work closely with clients and colleagues across the hotel to ensure that bookings are accurately managed, information is communicated effectively and every group or event receives a seamless and professional experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Groups & Events team.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of group accommodation, meetings, conferences, private functions and corporate events.
- Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, booking confirmations, function sheets, invoices and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of group and event bookings, including rooming lists, delegate details, billing information and special requirements.
- Ensure all booking information is accurately recorded and updated on the hotel's systems.
- Liaise with clients to confirm booking details, requirements, arrival information and event arrangements.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of event and group information to relevant hotel departments.
- Assist with rooming lists, guest information, meeting room requirements, menus, seating plans, signage and other event arrangements.
- Support the Senior Groups Coordinator with general administration.
- Assist with pre-arrival planning and ensure all relevant details are confirmed ahead of group arrivals and events.
- Support the team with post-event administration, including feedback and follow-up with clients.
- Assist with maintaining accurate financial and billing information in line with hotel procedures.
- Maintain a professional, helpful and guest-focused approach at all times.

- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:
