We are looking for a professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team on a part time basis and help deliver memorable wellness experiences to our guests.

The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of high-quality spa treatments, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service in a relaxing and professional environment. You will play a key role in promoting wellbeing while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, customer care, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, and pedicures.
  • Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Promote and sell spa products and services to guests.
  • Maintain accurate treatment records and guest information.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with spa reception duties when required.

In this role you will be working 16 hours over 2 days per week. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry and peak guest demand at weekends, flexibility is essential, and weekend availability is a key requirement of the role.
