The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel is looking for a Finance Administrator to join the Finance team!

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Administrator wanting to work at the world leading hospitality company Portsmouth Marriott Hotel. Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fitness centre.

As the Finance Administrator you will…

• Chasing and managing incoming payments
• Handling invoices, billing, and account statements
• Maintaining spreadsheets and financial records
• Supporting month-end (period-end) processes
• Producing reports (financial, payroll, stats)
• Keeping records compliant and secure
• Working with internal teams + external stakeholders

A successful Finance Administrator is someone who…

• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional;
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Protect company assets
• Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
• Is a team player
• Can communicate clearly (verbal, listening, writing)
