One that leaves them feeling as refreshed as the clean, crisp linen you’ve made sure is waiting for them each night. As a role model for your housekeeping team, you’ll coach, encourage and work alongside them so they can learn from your impeccable standards. It’s about turning guests into loyal customers of a hotel they see as home away from home. All because you’ve taken care of everything.
What you’ll do
• Co-ordinate housekeeping activity, planning and distributing room-cleaning assignments
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas after they’ve been cleaned, to ensure the highest standards are being met
• Identify and report any maintenance issues and missing or damaged property
• Respond to guest and Front Desk requests
• Run reports on arrivals, departures and vacant ready rooms
• Monitor linen and terry inventory to ensure sufficient stock
• Monitor and order guest room amenities and cleaning products

• Planning, coaching, delegating and team-building skills
• Previous supervisory experience would be a big plus
