Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

    • Proactively sell , society packages, corporate golf days,

    • Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips to promote facilities.

  • Account Management

    • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and repeat clients.

    • Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of booked events.

    • Monitor satisfaction and generate repeat business.

  • Marketing & Promotion

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for golf, and sports offerings.

  • Revenue & Reporting

    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Maintain accurate sales records.

    • Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to the senior leadership team.


Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in golf, leisure, or hospitality sales.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for golf and country club environments.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

  • Experience using CRM/sales platforms.

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
