Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
Proactively sell , society packages, corporate golf days,
Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and familiarization trips to promote facilities.
Account Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and repeat clients.
Work closely with the events and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of booked events.
Monitor satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Marketing & Promotion
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for golf, and sports offerings.
Revenue & Reporting
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records.
Provide regular performance reports and market feedback to the senior leadership team.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in golf, leisure, or hospitality sales.
Strong knowledge and passion for golf and country club environments.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Experience using CRM/sales platforms.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
