Your Role: Senior Sales Executive – Business Development

As our Senior Sales Executive – Business Development, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth journey — building relationships, crafting strategic plans, and unlocking new opportunities to showcase everything our hotel has to offer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement winning business development strategies.

  • Client Outreach: Identify and engage new clients through proactive networking and research.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align efforts with business goals.

  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to spot opportunities.

  • Presentations: Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients showcasing our unique offerings.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership.

  • CRM Management: Use digital tools to track leads, manage contacts, and log key touchpoints.



What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in hospitality sales, especially meetings, events, banqueting, or corporate contracts.

  • A strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Experience in account management and building professional networks.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and market data.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
